Marketing Lead/Customer Relation Manager Intern
Our Marketing Lead Intern, Abby Martin, also serves as our Customer Relations Manager
Intern. She is instrumental in creating and implementing Marketing strategies, as well as
developing customer retention programs aimed at fostering relationships with our clientele,
thereby enhancing word-of-mouth marketing. Abby has successfully pioneered initiatives such
as tailored e-marketing campaigns. Her role involves creating, delivering, editing, and optimizing
marketing materials, including establishing our newsletter retention program and overseeing the
weekly intern team meetings.
Abby will be entering her senior year at Western Michigan University in the fall, where she is
pursuing a degree in Marketing and International Business. Her dedication to excellence and
strategic approach to marketing contributed significantly to our team's success.
NATALIE KITTLE
Social Media Specialist Intern
Our Social Media Specialist, Natalie Kittle, embodies a steadfast dedication to motivating and
sustaining others. Her creative mindset and extensive knowledge enrich our team as she excels
in researching and developing appealing social media content that inspires, motivates, and
educates our followers.
Natalie strategically employs effective social media marketing strategies to enhance brand
recognition, advance organizational objectives, and foster increased interaction. With a
discerning ability to identify key trends, words, topics, and graphics that resonate with college
students, Natalie ensures our content remains relevant and impactful. Currently pursuing her
academic journey at The Ohio State University, Natalie is majoring in Visual Communications
Design with a minor in Health Environment, Risk and Science Communication. She anticipates
graduating in May 2027 and is driven by her commitment to sustainability and her passion for
driving positive change.
JOANNA MALVAS
Video Editor Intern
As our Video Editor Intern, Joanna Malvas, brings passion for storytelling and visual
communication to our team. Her strong understanding of editing techniques and software allows
her to produce captivating narratives that connect with viewers. Throughout her internship,
Joanna exemplifies a strong commitment to excellence as she collaborates closely with our
other national team members.
Joanna's keen eye for detail and creative mindset allows her to enhance and refine video
content, ensuring it captivates and effectively connects with the audiences. In the fall, Joanna
will continue her academic journey at Boston University, pursuing a Bachelor degree in
Journalism with a minor in Film and Television. Her dedication to her craft exemplifies the
expertise and professionalism we value within our team.
MIA MCENERNEY
Social Media Digital Marketing Intern
As our Social Media Digital Marketing Intern, Mia McEnerney brings a dynamic growth mindset
to the role. She excels in designing engaging social media campaigns to boost digital traffic and
foster audience connection. Mia's expertise lies in leveraging marketing design strategies to
enhance brand visibility, secure sponsorships, increase donations, drive scholarship
applications, and stimulate product demand. Her captivating "call to action" and informative
content resonates across diverse social media platforms, effectively reaching varied audiences.
Mia's contributions are pivotal in articulating DACS Services L3C's mission and impact, fostering
authentic growth. Continuing her academic journey at the University of South Carolina's - Darla
Moore School of Business, Mia is pursuing a degree in Marketing and is set to graduate in May
2025.
KENNEDY DOAKES
Video Editor Intern
Our Video Editor Intern, Kennedy Doakes, excels in leveraging her creativity and expertise to
produce compelling videos that reinforce our faith-based core values. With a sharp eye for
details and extensive experience, Kennedy meticulously edits pre-recorded audio and stock
footage. She skillfully integrates music, dialogue, captions, graphics, and other effects to deliver
cohesive social media reels and shorts that significantly enhances viewer engagement.
Kennedy's dedication to quality ensures that each video aligns with DACS Services L3C's
mission and resonates with our audience. Kennedy is pursuing a degree in Film with a
specialization in editing at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and is slated to graduate in
December 2025. Her passion for storytelling through multimedia makes her a valuable asset to
our team.
