CATRINA HARRIS
Co-Founder & President
Catrina is a social entrepreneur with more than 30 years of profit and non-profit business experience. It is her mission to inspire and connect people with philanthropy goals to people who need assistance with life, academic, and career goals. It is her belief no one deserves to feel alone or helpless in this ever-changing world.

Beyond being the President of DACS Services L3C, Catrina is an Instructor at a Michigan university where it is her quest to give students the tools and knowledge needed to be social conscience and ethical leaders. For over 20 years, she also has served as a Youth Ministry Leader/Coordinator at various churches throughout the state of Michigan. Previously, Catrina was President of TFS Financial Services LLC for 14 years, there she took pride in operating a company that aided people and businesses (both profit and non-profit) achieve their goals, through financial coaching.

Catrina obtained her Post Graduate Certificate in Accounting from Davenport University, Master of Business Administration from Walden University with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. She is also a member of Sigma Alpha Pi (National Society of Leadership and Success); Sigma Iota Epsilon (National Honorary and Professional Management Fraternity); and Small Business Association of Michigan (SBAM).
DEWAYNE HARRIS
Co-Founder & Vice President
Dewayne is a proven IT leader with over 25 years of experience leading teams and organizations. It is his mission to enable organizations like DACS Services L3C to leverage emerging technologies to create, promote and enhance social change. Along with a strong technical and leadership background, he is passionate about mentoring young people to strive for their dreams no matter the obstacles.

Beyond serving as Vice President for DACS Services L3C, Dewayne is the Program Management Office (PMO) Manager at a leading insurance company. Over the past 15 years, he has been involved with leading key corporate projects and leading teams in various industries that include automotive, government, education, health care and now insurance. Strong leadership and a passion for working with others to accomplish goals is what drives Dewayne as an IT leader.

Dewayne obtained a Master of Science in Technology Management from Davenport University, and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Central Michigan University. He also holds multiple certifications in Project Management, SAFe Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe Agilist, ITIL v3, just to name a few.
SHAYVONNE HARRIS
Founder Emerita
In her role as the Scholarship Program Officer, ShayVonne exemplified leadership and expertise, guiding the Scholarship Committee with precision and diligence while overseeing the intricate processes of scholarship applications, selection, and reporting for DACS Services L3C. With the culmination of her academic journey marked by the attainment of a Master's in Education from Grand Valley State University in May 2023, ShayVonne gracefully transitioned from her esteemed positions at DACS Services L3C, assuming the esteemed title of Founder Emerita.
ShayVonne's invaluable contributions are woven into the fabric of the organization, where her wealth of experience in customer support, collaboration with senior leadership, and proficiency in analytics and evaluation methodologies have left an indelible mark. Her steadfast commitment to excellence continues to serve as a cornerstone in shaping the policies and procedures of the organization, fostering effective client service and the progressive development of programs.
Additionally, ShayVonne's academic achievements, including a Certificate in Cultural and Global Studies and a Bachelor of Science in History from Central Michigan University, stand as testament to her dedication to personal and professional growth, further enriching her contributions to DACS Services L3C and beyond.
ALAN HARRIS
Founder Emeritus
As the Marketing Lead, Alan holds a pivotal role in crafting and executing a robust marketing strategy for DACS Services L3C, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness in today's dynamic landscape. With a keen focus on process refinement, resource management, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies, Alan orchestrates the deployment of vlogs, video content, social media campaigns, and other diverse marketing channels with finesse.
Alan's extensive proficiency with a myriad of marketing tools and social media platforms continues to elevate DACS Services L3C's brand visibility, positioning it as a beacon of excellence within its industry. Additionally, Alan played an integral role in the recruitment process for our esteemed summer marketing intern program, contributing to the nurturing of emerging talent within the organization.
Upon graduating with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Central Michigan University, with a major in Marketing, Alan gracefully transitioned from his duties, symbolizing the culmination of his impactful tenure by accepting the esteemed title of Founder Emeritus. This gesture serves as a testament to his unwavering dedication and invaluable contributions to the organization's growth and success.
